Responsibilities
Serve as the liaison between companies and their customers.
Address customers' needs and concerns to develop and maintain strong relationships.
Work with internal departments to ensure client needs are understood and satisfied.
May assist with sales, handling client complaints, collecting and analyzing data, and improving customer experience.

Required
Experience as an Account Manager in a facility maintenance company
