Responsibilities

Work collaboratively with internal and external teams including Sales, Operations, Business Development as well as various carrier and courier partners

Execute billing processes for customers across a variety of services

Develop auditing tools for various carrier and courier partners

Consult with carrier and courier partners to simplify processes and create synergies

Engage in customer implementation calls with customers and carriers/couriers

Support other internal projects as assigned to help improve technology and business processes

Microsoft ExcelFinance environment experienceInternal controls experience

Required

Microsoft Excel skills (i.e., Pivot Tables, V-Look Ups, Formulas)

Strong writing and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational skills and prioritizes getting the right things done.

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience

2-4 years of experience

Experience working collaboratively in a finance environment coupled with strong internal controls
