Responsibilities

Ownership and Oversight over the company’s BI Reporting Tools (PowerBI and MicroStrategy, Microsoft Cubes)

Direct multiple global teams including Report Developers, Financial Analysts, Business Analysts, and Cube Architects

Lead cube development, report migrations and development of dashboards and reports across various tools and databases

Managing and mitigating issues and risks that impede progress effectively

Responsibility for automated delivery of time sensitive reporting to internal stakeholders

Responsibility for ongoing maintenance of the company’s BI Tool Stack

Organizing and orchestrating monthly governance meetings with key stakeholders, preparing comprehensive governance packs, and documenting key actions and agreements Planning and negotiating project timelines and resource allocation

Leading and orchestrating activities related to analytics project demand, including prioritization, workflow management, estimation of work, tracking delivery, Capacity vs demand, communication.

Required

Bachelor's degree in a STEM field (or equivalent experience).

4+ years of experience in a similar roles

Exceptional Administration and Organization Skills

Experience with tools like PowerBI, MicroStrategy, Business Objects, Tableau, Looker

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g.Power BI).

Consultancy Skills Experience or Qualification

Exceptional Communication skills

Experience working with some or all for the following: dashboards, predictive modelling, analytics data cubes and data warehouses

Enjoys working with Data and understand the benefits of Data and Analytics to an organization’s success.
