Responsibilities

Work on drafting, reviewing and filing SEC filings, including 10-Ks, 10-Qs, 8-Ks, S-8s, Form SDs, and Section 16 filings.

Work on the Company's proxy statement process and annual stockholder meeting, including reviewing and updating the proxy and coordinating with the NYSE, DTC and other internal and external stakeholders.

Interest and/or experience in cryptocurrency and digital assets. This is a great opportunity to build knowledge and expertise in this evolving area of law.

Work on the Company’s quarterly earnings and shareholder letter.

Assist with capital markets transactions, as needed.

Collaborate with the Company’s finance, accounting, investor relations, and communications teams on external disclosures, such as earnings releases, press releases, whitepapers and SEC filings.

Help manage and administer certain governance policies, including the Company’s Insider Trading Policy and 10b5-1 plans.

Ensure compliance with SEC and NYSE rules and regulations.

Assist with special corporate projects
