Responsibilities
Develop and maintain an editorial calendar aligned with our marketing strategy and business objectives and to ensure timely and consistent delivery of content across all platforms.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to plan, schedule, and track content production.
Write clear, compelling, and technically accurate content that engages and educates healthcare executives on our AI technology, solutions, and impact in the healthcare sector.
Collaborate with subject matter experts, including customers, product team, customer success teams, to generate content that resonates with target audiences.
Create various types of content, including but not limited to blog articles, white papers, case studies, newsletters, social media posts, and web content.
Develop social media content and manage the company’s social media presence, focusing on LinkedIn and X.
Track content performance metrics and use insights to refine content strategies for maximum engagement and impact.
Optimize content for search engines to increase visibility, drive traffic, and improve engagement with our digital platforms.
Create and manage content that positions our company as a thought leader in health tech, covering industry trends and advances in AI technology.
Develop content supporting product marketing initiatives, including educational pieces, FAQs, and webinars.
Collaborate with leadership on speechwriting and presentation content for conferences, webinars, and other speaking engagements.
Maintain and evolve our brand voice, ensuring all content aligns with our brand positioning, mission, and tone.
Develop messaging for new product launches, strategic partnerships, and customer success stories, tailored to each target audience.
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels and marketing materials.
Create informative PowerPoint presentations that communicate key messages, product benefits, and market insights for internal and external stakeholders.
Engage with design to make the presentations visually engaging.
Work closely with the sales, product, and customer success teams to understand our products, user pain points, and business goals, ensuring content resonates with customer needs.
Support PR and external communications initiatives by drafting press releases, media pitches, and contributed articles.
Collaborate with the design team to integrate visuals with content created, writing up design briefs.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in content writing, marketing communications, or a related role, preferably in health tech.
Proven ability to create compelling content for diverse audiences, including healthcare executives.
Experience with content strategy, SEO best practices, and digital marketing tools.
Strong understanding of healthcare, health tech, or AI technology.
Excellent research, writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a strong attention to detail.
Proficiency in creating PowerPoint presentations that tell a story and communicate key messages effectively.
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation tools like HubSpot or Marketo.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
