Responsibilities
Collaborate across the marketing team to gather requirements and develop creative messaging strategies for new campaigns, customer touch points and evolved channels.
Rethink our acquisition assets, working across a diverse set of partners and platforms to ensure we match messaging with channel and develop clear best practices that differentiate in a crowded industry
Rethink and own social communities and channels to reinvigorate audiences. Develop a clear social strategy that progresses with a mix of content, product intros and promotions.
Rethink our creative across core owned channels – website, email, blog etc. and ideate on new campaign ideas that are consistently delivered across key channels
Manage internal and external resources to produce content on time, on budget and on brand
Expand our view of the market landscape and enhance our customer research process to measure brand lift and value.
Identify faces of the brand and work with our creative team to integrate name and likeness into our creative and channels.
Drive innovation and smart/dynamic approaches to content and creative across our sponsorships, partnerships, media buys and owned channels

Excellent Verbal and written Communication skills
Super organized taskmaster
Strong presentation skills
A strategic thinker, but also willing to roll up your sleeves to execute in a lean and agile start-up environment.
Ability to think outside of the box, be innovative, adaptable and come up with creative solutions to changing business challenges
Experience working in an online gaming, casino or fast-moving industry required.
Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in a similar role in the areas of marketing technology and paid digital media.
Creative operations, marketing project management and technical task management experience
Working knowledge of digital advertising, marketing tracking/reporting, and mar-tech systems
