Responsibilities

Coordinate with internal accounting, finance, and other departments among multiple levels of the organization to gather financial data and work efficiently with outside auditors and advisors with regards to income tax compliance and reporting

Prepare income tax workpaper support for compliance and financial statement reporting

Prepare Federal and State income tax returns, extensions, and quarterly estimated payments

Maintain broad exposure and knowledge of ASC 740 income tax provisions.

Preparing tax provision schedules (Rate Rec, Current tax, Deferred tax, Valuation Allowance, etc.)

Calculating uncertain tax positions (FIN 48)

Reviewing stock-based equity compensation

Reviewing tax disclosures in SEC filings
