Responsibilities

Establish, configure, and enforce IHG standard configurations for PMS and associated applications, ensuring all installations meet our high standards.

Manage the design, development, and deployment of systems and processes, translating business requirements into actionable product roadmaps while setting clear expectations with stakeholders.

Own incidents and problems, driving root cause analysis to identify and eliminate issues, while ensuring compliance with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Lead vendor teams in implementing resolutions and enhancements, ensuring service delivery objectives are met, and providing timely progress reports to stakeholders.

Ensure accurate and user-friendly documentation for system configuration and support, while partnering with technology teams to maintain clear communication regarding incidents, problems, and planned changes.

Required

Responsible for delivering quality products across the digital experience (Mobile, Hotel Website, or Revenue Management).

Coordinate among business stakeholders, software developers, technical engineers, designers, data analysts, and other functional subject matter experts to create a comprehensive and holistic roadmap.

Work at the strategic level (generating innovative ideas for growth and change management) and at the tactical level (analyzing data, solving problems).

Prioritize and activate said roadmap, managing the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch to adoption to optimization in an agile methodology.

Support in-depth business reviews, communicate and present across all levels of the organization and support cross-functional product teams.

Demonstrate program management experience by organizing, planning, and executing projects from conception through implementation.

Apply analytical skills to conduct thorough research and utilize findings to make strategic decisions that drive product development.

Use prototyping or simulation techniques in product creation and craft cohesive, impactful narratives.
