Responsibilities

Responsible for overseeing the overall design and planning for large, complex, strategic projects and owning the overall outcomes.

Provide on-site representation from the Professional Services organization in a healthcare setting.

Responsible for ensuring multiple, large concurrent implementations meet the customers desired outcomes.

Delegate project tasks to more junior resources while influencing outcomes to meet project timelines, as well as the adherence to best practices, policies, and procedures.

Facilitate in person and virtual meetings with a high level of effectiveness.

Communicate to leadership and develop mitigation strategies for potential risks (people and technology) that will impact customer relationship and project timelines.

Accountable for delegating and coaching a collaborative team of consultants.

Drive compliance with a team of consultants in meeting client utilization metric.

Accelerate customer performance with our products by expertly structuring and facilitating collaborative problem solving.

Influence thought leadership while contributing to customer satisfaction and success of project implementations collectively with the project management and technical services team.

Required

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfort leading conversations with audiences of all levels to articulate customers’ needs and provide advanced data or analysis.

Ability to anticipate client needs and formulate recommendations.

Exceptionally high organizational and time management skills.

Extensive Omnicell product knowledge and experience with technology within a cloud-based platform and delivering solutions as a service.

Advanced skills with Microsoft Office applications including Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Omnicell internal candidates’ completion of department specific trainings and mentoring.

Minimum 2 years’ experience in healthcare setting w/ Associates Degree or Professional Healthcare Certification OR BA/BS degree.

5 years of experience consulting on healthcare solution implementations.

Preferred

BS/BA degree in Healthcare, Project management, Business, Finance, or IT/IS.
