Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic initiatives that align with the Element’s goals
Oversee the evaluation and resale strategies Element lease and client owned assets
Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities for Remarketing products and services
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for operational improvements and cost efficiencies.
Manage suppliers for all sales channels.
Maintain multi-channel resale strategy that maximizes proceeds while minimizing sales cycle time.
Monitor market conditions and industry trends to implement strategic decisions and risk management.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis and market intelligence.
Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including dealers, auctions, and financial institutions.
Develop and analysis of KPI’s to implement continuous improvement targets
Manage a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Lead execution of growth strategy for 3rd Party and Core remarketing channels through effective / inspirational leadership of Auction Managers, while partnering with other core business functions on behalf of the Remarketing business.
Developing a high performing team through training and development, IDP’s and hiring outside talent is paramount for this leader to be successful.
Manage the Remarketing P&L to include delivering revenue targets, RPU (Revenue per Unit) targets, unit volumes in 3rd Party and Core.
Additionally, this role will need to tightly manage OpEx expenses to plan.
Collaborate with SVP / Director Strategy and other business leaders and contribute to the creation of a strategic plan focused on supporting all classes (light, medium and heavy) of trucks.

Hire, lead, develop and mentor direct reports and extended team.
Develop and manage budgets, ensuring alignment with financial targets and business objectives.
Monitor and report on financial performance metrics.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies related to asset management.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in business discipline preferred but not necessary
Minimum of 10 years of remarketing management experience
Demonstrated technical expertise in all classes of vehicles including commercial trucks
Proven track record of risk portfolio management in all vehicle asset classes
Experience in dealership sales and operational management and other relevant Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) areas of vehicle operations
Experience defining, setting and driving strategy in a ‘start up like’ environment
Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of asset management principles and practices
Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration and teamwork
Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics, with a strong focus on results
Ability to navigate complex challenges and drive innovative solutions
Established competencies in product management
Enthusiastic, energetic, and highly driven leader
Proactive, process driven, with a strong focus on understanding and exceeding customers’ expectations
Able to express information through strong verbal and written communications
Must be skilled in the use of Microsoft suite of office products
