Responsibilities
Handle litigation matters as assigned by the Associate General Counsel
Defend employee depositions
Respond to subpoenas
Prepare and review correspondence with insurance carriers
Coordination between outside counsel and employees
Assist with collection of data for discovery responses
Prepare discovery responses

JD required
Minimum of 5 years litigation experience
