Responsibilities
Lead technical contributor in a high-performance data science & advanced analytics team, responsible for your team’s productivity, operational excellence, and business impact
Drive value across multiple business verticals by leading the technical development and deployment of impactful and interpretable models
Partner closely with Engineering and Product Management to scale your team’s innovative measurement solutions into product and service offerings
Provide mentoring, training, and other opportunities for effective technical development of data scientists
Assist with technical parts of business development as needed, including RFP response and sales presentations
Build strong relationships across the organization to understand internal stakeholder needs for trusted data science support

Required
5+ years of related work experience in data science, analytics, or related quantitative field
Accomplished technical contributor in data science & advanced analytics teams, preferably in a product-centric organization
Experience in machine learning & statistics needed, along with demonstrated proficiency in scalable coding (SQL, and/or R or Python) and data science tools (Git, Docker)
Expertise in development & applications of marketing & customer measurement methods (e.g. Media Mix Models, Attribution Modeling, Customer Lifetime Value, Segmentation, etc.)
Demonstrated ability to think independently, lead and influence
Ability to communicate clearly and lead discussions with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including clients & executives
Preferred
Elevated level of business acumen with experience in digital & traditional marketing preferred.
Proficiency with Bayesian approaches highly preferred.
