Responsibilities
Provide reliable support for the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring tasks are completed in Workday and records are maintained accurately.
Assist with the organization and management of compliance and employment-related documents, supporting operational efficiency.
Follow established procedures for onboarding and offboarding to ensure consistency and accuracy in task completion.
Collaborate with the Employee Engagement and Onboarding Lead to implement improvements within the onboarding function.
Serve as a primary contact for new hires, addressing onboarding inquiries, providing guidance, and fostering a positive first experience.
Respond to employee and manager questions related to onboarding processes, escalating complex cases as necessary.
Ensure clear communication with candidates and new hires about onboarding steps and expectations.
Use established processes to deliver consistent, accurate responses to inquiries, enhancing employee engagement.
Maintain accurate onboarding records in Workday, ensuring data integrity and compliance with HR guidelines.
Input and update employee data as needed, supporting reliable data management practices.
Organize and store documentation related to onboarding and offboarding, ensuring easy access and adherence to company standards.
Conduct periodic checks to verify accuracy and support HR data quality efforts.
Ensure adherence to company HR policies and procedures during all onboarding and offboarding activities.
Support consistency in onboarding practices by following guidelines and contributing to policy compliance.
Minimize risks by maintaining confidentiality and ensuring compliance in all onboarding-related tasks.
Assist with implementing changes to compliance-related onboarding tasks, supporting alignment with regulations.
Participate in cross-training opportunities to gain knowledge across different HR functions, fostering a flexible approach to responsibilities.
Provide support to other HR areas as needed, contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Work with HR Shared Services to address cross-functional inquiries, ensuring consistent information delivery to new hires.
Share insights and feedback with the HR team to support continuous improvement in onboarding processes.

Required
Basic skill set and proficiency in administrative tasks with a desire for growth and learning.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Effective verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on positive engagement.
Preferred
1 year of experience in onboarding, HR administration, or a related role preferred.
Experience in HR or similar administrative roles is a plus.
Familiarity with Workday HR Information System (HRIS) is a plus.
Curiosity and openness to learning HR policies and procedures.
