Generation of data for strategic partners and customers

Provide expertise on Spear Bio’s platform, technology, workflow, and applications to ensure customer success and overall product performance

Required

PhD in Biology, Biochemistry, Neuroscience, or Bioengineering with 1-2+ years of industry experience, or BS/MS with 3+ years industry experience focused on selling, delivering, and supporting technical services or products to customers within the biotech or diagnostic industries

Strong understanding of immunoassay applications, technologies, methods, and strategies

Experience providing technical expertise and support to customers within a biotech-focused service or commercial organization

Experience adopting novel techniques, software, and instrumentation, developing workflows, and training others

Ability to maintain sustained attention to detail and commitment to customer success

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

Good interpersonal (verbal communication) skills with ability to put customers at ease, convey information in a clear and concise manner, and listen attentively to acquire feedback

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively or within a team and adapt quickly to change

Ability to travel (up to 50%) - primarily domestic travel, some international travel may be required
