Responsibilities
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Leverage your hunter mentality to seek out potential customers and close deals.
Manage and grow existing customer relationships, including inherited accounts.
Ensure a smooth transition and continued growth, focusing on both new customer acquisition and growing existing accounts.
Conduct monthly on-site visits with our largest customers to strengthen relationships and drive additional business.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
Balance your focus between hunting new business and expanding existing customer revenue.
Regularly prepare, submit and report on opportunities.

Required
Proven track record as a self-driven sales professional with a strong desire to find and win new business.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while achieving aggressive sales targets.
Strong skills in building and maintaining client relationships.
Experience in both new business development and account management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or comparable life experience.
