Responsibilities

Design and develop custom applications and features within Salesforce applications.

Work with business analysts and project managers to analyze requirements from stakeholders and translate into development actions.

Create and contribute to technical documentation of the system.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during development and day-to-day use.

Support quality assurance and user acceptance testing as needed.

Required

Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field (relevant experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree in other disciplines).

4-8 years of experience in Salesforce Development, or 2-6 years with a Master’s Degree.

Current Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (minimum requirement) or higher.

Experience working with Sales Cloud, automation, and integrations with non-Salesforce tools.

Ability to work with stakeholders to determine requirements.

Ability to research solutions to development issues when the answer is not clear.

Ability to obtain a secret clearance.
