Responsibilities
Analyze and map customer journeys and flow to enhance the user experience.
Track and report recurring subscription metrics, identifying trends and improvement opportunities.
Develop and execute strategies to drive customer adoption and engagement with our products.
Support email/SMS/Whatsapp marketing campaigns using tools like Klaviyo or Mailchimp to communicate with customers effectively.
Address customer needs, measure, and improve customer satisfaction.
Contribute to the development of resources and tools that empower customers to achieve their goals.
