Responsibilities

Collaborate on user experience planning
Consult with clients and a range of team members
Lead meetings with clients to understand requirements
Identify capabilities/services for end users
Research and identifying existing content and missing content to support the system development
Create/design wireframes, process flows, user personas, and journey maps
Use storyboarding, task analysis, and user research tasks to capture and develop user requirements
Conduct user research activities such as usability testing and surveys
Follow up on any submissions from user research activities
Assist with IT capabilities and support for meetings
Provide overview presentations and Q&A talks for various client teams
Working knowledge of accessibility requirements is a plus
Develop custom solutions using the WordPress framework
Oversee and execute the implementation of new feature requests
Advise on and support WordPress best practices
Work with Project Managers to help understand the technical aspects of the work and to help estimate effort
Review code and pull requests from other developers
Set up code repositories and remote development installations
Continuous integration and automated deployment pipelines
Coordinate releases with partner IT groups
Help other developers and asking for help from other developers

Required

Trained in Customer Experience fundamentals
2+ years of experience with O365 fundamentals including SPO, Power Apps and Flow
A portfolio demonstrating your ability to research and design is required including: Experience and examples of authored knowledge base articles, Experience and examples of customer journey maps, Experience and examples of conducting usability tests, card sorts, field studies, survey analysis, and journey map analysis, Experience and examples of ability to create wireframes, Experience with user interface design patterns and best practice
Strong conceptualization ability, strong visual communication ability, drawing skills required including: Creating executive level briefings and project milestone briefings, Ability to listen to customers and understand/gather requirements
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Understanding of common software project management, technology products and stacks, as well as development practices
Attention to Detail - You must be naturally precise, and you must take genuine, personal pride in being meticulous about your craft
Project Management communication - will communicate clearly to Project Managers
Collaboration - You enjoy working with others in an environment that balances team-wide communication with independent work
Communication - Our operational style emphasizes flexibility and encourages autonomy. As a result, uncommonly good common sense, and exceptional communication skills are indispensable for every team member
Time Management - The proven ability to manage your time sensibly and proportionately with project priorities is critical

Preferred
