Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional HR teams including Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and HR Operations.
Perform thorough testing and validation of deliverables prior to User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Understand, communicate, and plan for cross-functional touchpoints and impacts around Workday configurations, business processes, reporting, and integrations.

Required
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on Workday experience.
Understanding of Workday best practices and processes.
Strong testing and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience across at least two of the following modules: HCM, Recruiting, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, Talent.
Knowledge of Workday integration and technical capabilities.
Preferred
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proven experience in managing multiple projects and priorities effectively.
Workday certifications are a plus.
