Responsibilities

Collaborate with IT and business owners to translate business needs into technology requirements.

Conduct technical research and fact gathering to support root cause analysis.

Produce technical documentation for assigned tasks according to firm policies.

Research, document, and present potential technical solutions for reported problems or project tasks.

Identify potential impacts or risks of proposed technical solutions and mitigation options.

Resolve incidents or problems using established guidelines and procedures.

Design, develop, test, or configure systems to meet documented requirements.

Participate in the implementation of technical solutions and vendor interactions.

Perform system maintenance, including applying security patches, system upgrades, and hardware maintenance.
