Required
Bachelor's degree in business or human resources with a minimum of three years of experience as an employee relations advisor.
Computer skills including Word, Excel, and company's payroll and HRIS package; including ability to streamline HR processes through HRIS self-service program.
Thorough understanding of requirements of COBRA, HIPAA, ERISA, and IRS rules on pertinent benefit programs.
Preferred
Professional in Human Resources or other HR certification preferred but not required.
Bilingual-Spanish fluency preferred
Experience with WorkDay preferred
