Responsibilities
Manages the quality management system (QMS) in compliance with established standards.
Analyzes and monitors quality performance metrics and prepares reports.
Implements audits and inspections to ensure quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
Assures continuous quality improvement by addressing issues and deficiencies efficiently and communicating concerns.
Documents and investigates root cause analysis for complaints and deviations.
Collaborate with other departments to develop quality control processes.
Helps train staff on quality control and improvement strategies.

Required
10+ years of Testing/QA experience
8+ years of QA Management experience
10+ years of experience with NIST 800 Series, FIPS 199 & 200, FISMA, FedRAMP
At least one of the following certifications: CASP+, CySA+, CISSP, and PenTest+
Active TS/SCI clearance
Preferred
A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or other related discipline
