Responsibilities

Conduct regular audits of compensation programs to ensure compliance and accuracy and perform ad hoc analysis to support compensation initiatives and decision-making.

Assist in the development and maintenance of compensation structures and guidelines.

Analyze market data and trends to ensure competitive compensation practices.

Collaborate with cross company stakeholders as well as vendors to improve operational efficiency of the team.

Support the implementation of compensation programs and initiatives.

Identify opportunities for process improvements within the compensation function.

Develop and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Required

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite / Google suite, particularly Excel/gsheets; experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
