Responsibilities

Lead all phases of UKG solution implementations, from requirements gathering and design to deployment and post-go-live support.
Drive quality assurance strategies, including test planning, automation, and execution, to ensure flawless delivery of UKG solutions.
Partner with clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors to align on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
Translate business needs into technical designs and implementation plans, ensuring solutions meet client-specific requirements.
Mentor and guide teams of consultants, testers, and developers to enhance their skills and align their work with delivery objectives.
Identify and implement process improvements, tools, and methodologies to elevate delivery efficiency and quality.
Collaborate with sales teams during pre-sales cycles, contributing to proposals, estimations, and client presentations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and addressing escalations proactively.
Ensure accurate tracking of project deliverables, timelines, and billing requirements.
Travel may be required for this role, varying from 0 to 100% based on business needs and client requirements.

Required

Minimum of 10 years of experience delivering UKG solutions (e.g., Workforce Central, or ProWFM)
Minimum of 8 years of experience in quality engineering, including testing automation, CI/CD pipelines, and defect management
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent (minimum 6-year work experience)

Preferred

Minimum of 5 years of experience managing delivery and testing for enterprise-grade workforce management systems
Certified in UKG ProWFM, Workforce Central
Strong understanding of project management principles and Agile delivery methodologies
Experience presenting to and engaging with executive-level audiences
Expertise in building and scaling test automation frameworks and tools
Ability to handle escalated issues, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure timely resolution
Skilled in analyzing complex data, summarizing findings, and presenting actionable insights
