Responsibilities

Develop and implement communication strategies that support Alpha USA's vision, mission, values, and objectives, ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms.
Lead written content creation for Alpha USA's website, blog, social media platforms, and email campaigns. Ensure content is optimized for SEO and effectively engages our target audience.
Manage communication schedules and deliverables around multiple, simultaneous events, campaigns, special projects and initiatives.
Ensure that all external and internal communications reflect Alpha USA's brand voice, values, and strategic messaging. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop cohesive and effective campaigns that weave together and cross-promote all our resources: Alpha Film Series, Alpha Youth Series, the Marriage Course, etc.
Build and maintain relationships with podcast hosts and influencers. Draft press releases, media kits, and pitch materials to promote key announcements, product launches, events, and company news. Respond to media inquiries as needed and appropriate.
Work with Chief of Staff on internal communication efforts to keep Alpha Staff informed, engaged, and aligned with the vision, mission, values and organizational goals.

Required

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.
5+ years of experience in communications, public relations, or a related field, with a proven track record in managing both internal and external communications strategies.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences.
Strong project management skills with an ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Proficient in content creation and management across digital platforms (web, social media, email).
Solid understanding of SEO, social media analytics, and digital marketing trends.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
Creative problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities.

Preferred

Master's degree is a plus.
Media relations experience and knowledge of PR strategies a plus.
Creative visual media skills preferred but not required.
