Responsibilities
Lead research projects and initiatives, delivering high-quality insights through strong relationships and expertise in UX research methodologies
Create engaging conversations with users to understand their needs and develop new UX frameworks
Align research findings with product and portfolio vision, ensuring they meet business goals
Actively participate in cross-functional meetings, communicating research findings to stakeholders
Mentor junior team members and support the recruitment process to build a diverse research team

Required
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
6+ years of proven experience as a UX Researcher or in a similar role, with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in leading UX research initiatives
Strong problem-solving abilities and proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research techniques
Excellent communication and presentation skills for articulating findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams
Preferred
Experience in leading user-driven concept development and gaining buy-in from non-design stakeholders
Knowledge and experience in diversified financial services
Relevant agile experience
Ability to align ideas within large, complex products and programs with cross-functional teams
