Responsibilities

Analyze, evaluate, and redesign business, IT, or operational processes using scientific approaches
Provide leadership and guidance to junior IT analysts throughout the software development lifecycle
Define user stories and acceptance criteria while assisting with problem-solving and root cause analysis
Develop relationships with senior stakeholders to address concerns and drive projects forward
Drive usability and quality of software developed and ensure requirements satisfy business needs

Required

Minimum of 6 years of related experience, including at least 3 years of delivering requirements and testing for secure software in IT
Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Science

Preferred

Experience with Design Thinking techniques
