Responsibilities

Design and develop custom ERP modules, reports, and workflows to meet business needs.

Collaborate with business analysts and end-users to understand functional requirements.

Write and maintain clean, scalable, and well-documented code to extend ERP functionality.

Ensure integration of ERP systems with third-party applications.

Customize existing ERP applications and modules to meet user requirements.

Create and modify forms, reports, and scripts within the ERP environment.

Develop, test, and implement data migration processes from legacy systems to the ERP system.

Assist in the full ERP implementation lifecycle: planning, development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the ERP system.

Provide ongoing support and training to end-users on ERP applications and updates.

Ensure proper integration between different ERP modules and other business systems.

Conduct routine maintenance, including system upgrades and patch management.

Monitor ERP system performance and resolve performance-related issues.

Ensure data security, backup, and disaster recovery procedures are followed.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as finance, HR, supply chain, and others to ensure seamless integration.

Document system configurations, changes, and customizations.
