Responsibilities
Prepare and execute a sales strategy for Azira’s marketing and location analytics solutions to drive consistent revenue growth and market penetration.
Utilize advanced analytics and market research to identify sales opportunities, track performance, and adjust strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
Offering tailored marketing and location analytics solutions that address specific client challenges.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within the regional marketing ecosystem.
Engage with clients to understand their unique needs in marketing agencies and target verticals positioning Azira’s solutions to enhance site selection, customer targeting, campaign effectiveness and market expansion efforts.
Conduct in-depth research to identify emerging trends and opportunities within the marketing solutions landscape, including advancements in location-based insights and spatial data applications.
Act as a thought leader by staying informed on industry developments, advising clients, and influencing product direction.
Partner closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to align sales efforts with company objectives and ensure a seamless client experience.
Contribute insights to product development efforts based on client feedback, ensuring that Azira’s offerings remain competitive and relevant.
Lead contract negotiations, establish pricing terms, and secure profitable deals with clients, ensuring a mutually beneficial outcome.
Maintain a strong focus on client satisfaction and retention by fostering long-term partnerships and providing continuous value.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field
8+ years in sales roles focused on Marketing Solutions, data-driven sales, or location analytics
At least 6-8 years as a digital planner at a media agency or as a digital media salesperson
Proven experience in B2B and channel sales, with a strong emphasis on solution selling, customized offerings, and strategic partnerships
Proficient in interpreting marketing and location data to inform business decisions
Demonstrated ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Experienced in selling and engaging with brands, platforms, and their end-users
Preferred
MBA
Experience with analytics tools (GIS, CRM systems)
Familiarity in programmatic advertising, location-based marketing, and data-powered media solutions
Experience in analytics for independent agencies and channel partners
