Responsibilities
Conduct penetration testing assessments to identify and exploit system vulnerabilities
Collaborate with management on scoping, planning, and executing cybersecurity assessments
Present technical findings to management with a focus on business impact
Foster teamwork and contribute to the development of the team’s technical expertise
Align information security policies and standards with stakeholders across functional areas

Required
Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma
At least 2 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity or related fields
Experience performing Red Team and penetration testing assessments
Proficiency with common pentesting tools and programming languages such as Python and PowerShell
Knowledge of Windows architecture, Active Directory concepts, and principles of information security
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in a related field
Experience with automation tools such as Ansible or Terraform
Familiarity with threat actors and their tactics, techniques, and procedures
Prior experience in system administration, incident response, or security operations
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders
