Responsibilities

Be responsible for driving technical strategy, alignment, and execution for improving the iOS and Android developer experience at Airbnb

Be a key member of the Developer Platform leadership team

Help shape the overall strategy and success for the organization

Partner with leaders across Airbnb to ensure our offerings truly serve our customer needs

Drive the continued development of a long term technical strategy for iOS and broader mobile developer experience

Bring technical expertise to decision making and architecture, having a keen eye for constraints while building the best solution

Apply data-driven approach to measuring developer productivity and effectiveness, having an intense product oriented focus on customer needs and success

Identify foundational opportunities impacting native product developers through a deep appreciation of business use-cases

Elevate level of iOS expertise at Airbnb

Uplevel and support others with servant leadership, mentorship, advocacy, and allyship

Work cross functionally to align technical initiatives and decisions

Required

14+ years relevant industry experience in a fast paced environment

Exceptional abilities and experience building well-designed APIs

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proven track record of working effectively across teams and organizations
