Responsibilities
Enhance our Care (customer service and sales) platform, including AI-powered applications and contact (call) center solutions.
Mentor and develop a team of senior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and software craftsmanship.
Ensure high-quality, secure, and scalable software delivery through the application of best practices in areas like domain-driven design, testing, and infrastructure as code.
Drive the overall technical and organizational strategy for the Care Engineering US team.
Represent the Care’s AI initiatives to external partners and contribute to the broader AI community.

Required
10+ years of software development, with a strong technical background as a full-stack engineer and exposure to DevOps practices.
Managing and mentoring high-performing engineering teams, with a focus on fostering a collaborative, learning-oriented culture.
Agile software development methodologies and a commitment to software craftsmanship principles.
Preferred
Experience working with AI/ML technologies, such as large language models, conversational agents, and predictive analytics, is highly desirable.
Familiarity with modern cloud platforms, particularly AWS, and a range of data storage and processing technologies.
