Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of 3 supervisors and 40 inside sales representatives in order to achieve sales targets and KPIs. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for preparing the team for rapid scaling, with a goal of doubling in size by 2025.
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share within the pay facilitator industry.
Coach, mentor, and provide ongoing training to the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.
Monitor sales performance and provide regular feedback to supervisors and representatives to ensure targets are met.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to support sales initiatives and optimize processes.
Stay current on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to senior management.

Required

Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management within the payments industry, with a focus on pay facilitation selling to brick and mortar SMBs.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Experience working with digital leads and implementing strategies to increase conversion rates.
Strong leadership and mentoring skills to develop talent within the sales team.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement sales strategies.
Proficient in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
