Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive business development and partnership strategy to drive revenue growth, market expansion, and brand visibility.
Identify and establish strategic partnerships and alliances that align with our growth objectives and enhance our product offerings.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform our business strategy.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners in sales, marketing and enablement to develop targeted campaigns, sales strategies, lead generation efforts and partner onboarding success.
Lead and mentor a team of business development and partnership professionals, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring alignment with company goals.
Manage the business development and channel sales pipeline, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring consistent progress and clear reporting.
Build and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders, potential clients, and partners to drive business growth and revenue.
Monitor and report on key metrics, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
