Responsibilities
Design and implement comprehensive sales frameworks while providing personalized coaching to enhance advisor effectiveness, accelerate productivity, and drive client engagement success.
Lead and inspire a team of financial advisors to exceed revenue targets while fostering a high-performance culture focused on client success and sustainable business growth.
Drive the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to successful onboarding, including designing structured programs to accelerate advisor success and building key industry talent relationships.
Establish and track meaningful KPIs aligned with business objectives, conduct regular performance reviews, and implement strategic improvement plans to drive consistent results.
Analyze key performance metrics, generate comprehensive reports on team performance and revenue trends, and present data-driven insights and recommendations to executive leadership for strategic decision-making.

Required
7+ years of sales management experience in wealth management or financial services
Series 7, 66, and 24 licenses required (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
Bachelor's degree required
Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing sales teams
Strong understanding of wealth management products, services, and regulatory requirements
Experience with CRM systems and sales technology platforms
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Strategic thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
History of exceeding revenue targets and driving business growth
Experience in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
Preferred
MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
