Responsibilities

Understand customer needs and provide tailored technical and business solutions.

Collaborate closely with Project Managers and Business Analysts to drive effective technical decisions and workstreams.

Coordinate with Delivery Directors, Project Managers, Architects, and other team members, as well as customers, to deliver technology solutions that align with customer requirements.

Take ownership of end-to-end solution delivery, including design, testing, documentation, packaging, and deployment.

Contribute to the creation of redistributable packaged solutions for global customer use.

Champion best practices and delivery standards, ensuring positive user experiences.

Act as a trusted advisor to both the customer and the project team, managing expectations and promoting solution adoption.

Lead technical and architecture workshops to educate and engage customers.

Collaborate with the Solution Architecture team to incorporate customer feedback into productized packaged solutions.

Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

Required

B.S. Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent work experience

A good understanding of enterprise application integration, data migration (ETL), business intelligence

Ability to collaborate with customers and internal Accela teammates to establish a clear understanding of the requirements and possible solutions

A strong inclination for lifelong learning and the ability to acquire new technical skills

Prior experience with the Accela Civic Platform and Accela Citizen Access is required.

Preferred

Previous development experience with JavaScript, Oracle/SQL would be a plus but not necessary.
