Responsibilities

Monthly close of revenue according to US GAAP

Analyze and forecast revenue across all end markets and customers to provide comprehensive picture of Aetion’s top-line financial health

Monitor revenue trends, variances, and other key performance indicators and escalate to appropriate party when needed

Implement processes and tools to improve revenue analysis and forecasting over time

Assist in month-end and quarter-end close processes with a focus on revenue recognition and reconciliation

Collaborate in the creation of revenue forecasts and company budgets

Support scenario planning and sensitivity analysis to anticipate changes in Aetion’s business

Partner with Client Partners teams to ensure that pricing strategies align with revenue and ACV goals

Analyze and report on Commercial spend, including variances relative to budget, prior forecasts, and Revenue / Bookings attainment

Determine commissions according to the company sales incentive plan

Provide insights on revenue and profitability across customers, products, channel, etc.

Support Commercial Operations in KPI and other reporting as needed

Facilitate subsequent evolution and maturity of revenue modeling within Workday Adaptive

Develop and provide revenue reporting and analysis as needed.

Develop and maintain Dashboards for company wide publication
