Responsibilities

You will run an efficient, high-touch, full-lifecycle recruiting process for searches of varying levels of complexity across the United States, Canada, and Colombia
You will own sourcing for a variety of roles which will include talent mapping, market research, referral generation, and other creative strategies to find stellar technical talent
You will leverage tools like Greenhouse and Gem to track candidate progress, resurface existing talent, and ensure high-quality data integrity
You are responsible for managing stakeholder relationships, creating alignment on priorities, and leveraging data to influence decision-making and strategy
You move with urgency and are comfortable operating in the fast-paced environment of a high-growth startup

Required

4+ years of recruiting experience with at least 2+ years of technical recruiting experience
A clear track record of success with hiring senior/staff+ engineering talent
Experience partnering directly with engineering leaders to shape hiring strategies and create a diverse team
Experience innovating and executing creative sourcing strategies to attract top engineering talent
Experience with tough candidate closes and can talk about the levers used to help get candidates across the finish line
Data-driven and understand how to utilize pipeline metrics to inform sourcing strategy independently
Experience working in a fast-paced environment with a high sense of urgency while not compromising on attention to detail and quality
A customer-focused attitude, excellent interpersonal skills to handle all levels within an organization, and a track record of providing a high-touch experience to both candidates and hiring managers

Experience doing creative sourcing strategies in multiple markets
Past high-growth startup experience
