Responsibilities

Collaborate with sales leadership and finance teams to design and implement sales compensation plans that align with business objectives.
Manage and maintain commission software and utilize to streamline processes and improve accuracy
Create, develop, and implement repeatable business and operational processes, identify key areas of improvement for maximum efficiency
Prepare and process commissions accurately and on time
Analyze the effectiveness of compensation programs in driving sales performance.
Partner with HR, payroll, and finance teams to ensure seamless integration of compensation plans into broader organizational processes.
Document processes and policies for transparency and audit readiness.
Perform special projects as assigned

Required

2-4 years of relevant sales compensation experience
Intermediate level Excel skills with experience working with large amounts of data
Experience with sales commission software
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred

Bachelor’s degree in Business (Accounting or Finance, preferred)
Experience at a high growth fintech company a plus
Sage Intacct, Hubspot, Allbound experience a plus
