Responsibilities

You will be working closely with our CTO and CEO to understand the product strategy and lead software development using lean and agile methodologies.
You will be involved in all aspects of the software development process, architectural decisions, recruiting and building the organization in general.
You will work across the full stack, designing and implementing modular systems with the right balance of structure and flexibility, building solutions that enable positive user experiences and meet the business needs of our pilot and future customers.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering
5+ years of experience in architecting, developing, testing, and launching web apps end to end
Experience working across the stack (front-end, back-end, DB, DevOps, etc.)
Fast learner who is comfortable dealing with ambiguity and hard problems
Experience with software development best practices (Scrum, testing, lean development, SOLID principles, code reviews)

Preferred

Previous experience at a high-growth fast-paced startup
Entrepreneurial mindset (we encourage all employees to be future founders and this can be a great stepping stone towards that goal)
Experience with our tech stack: NextJS, React, Typescript, Tailwind CSS, Mantine UI, PostgreSQL, Prisma, Trpc API
