Responsibilities
Participate in a structured training program to learn about insurance products, sales techniques, and leadership skills
Work closely with experienced sales professionals to gain hands-on experience in the field
Recruit, train, and mentor new sales representatives to build a high-performing team
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve individual and team goals
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support
Achieve and exceed sales targets to maximize earnings potential

Required
Recent graduates or individuals looking to start a career in sales and management

A professional license in Life & Health is required, but guidance will be provided through the licensing process for top candidates!
