Responsibilities
Develop and execute the data analytics strategy aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
Provide thought leadership on leveraging data to drive business growth, process improvements, and innovation.
Develop market insights driven from data analysis to build compelling customer selling propositions in support of sales and marketing teams
Own relationships with distributor Category Management Executives and teams to communicate standards and brand propositions in order to gain optimal shelf positioning and space allocation
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualization tools to effectively communicate data-driven insights.
Develop and track activity calendars, distribution performance, brand velocities and health KPI’s along with executive leadership
Develop and maintain a distributor scorecard system in order to ensure focus on right areas of performance and execution
Using syndicated data and other sources, identify areas of opportunity where new distribution and sales could exist and work with sales teams to create the selling story in order to achieve success
Collaborate with departments across the organization to understand their analytical needs and provide support for data-driven projects.
Partner with marketing, sales, finance, and other teams to optimize strategies and drive growth.
Ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy by establishing and maintaining data governance processes.
Implement best practices for data management, security, and compliance.
Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of analysts.
Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture that encourages continuous learning and growth.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in data analytics tools, techniques, and technologies.
Evaluate, recommend, and implement appropriate tools and technologies to enhance the analytics capabilities of the team.

Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
Proven experience (5+ years) in a leadership role within a sales operations, data analytics or business intelligence function.
Strong business acumen and the ability to link data insights to strategic decision-making.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex findings to non-technical stakeholders, and influence decision making.
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for creating impactful reports and dashboards.
Familiarity with data governance, privacy regulations, and security best practices.
Leadership experience managing a team of people required, with demonstrated success in building talent including promotions of team.
Highly proficient with Microsoft Office suite to include Word, Excel, and demonstrated excellence in PowerPoint building skills used for presentations.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities and complete assignments with accuracy and within established time frames.

Customer focused: Owns relationship with key stakeholders.
