Responsibilities
Operating a data entry device to input and/or verify a variety of standard and complex coded or uncoded business and statistical source data into a computer.
Performing a range of complex tasks, requiring expertise in multiple work processes acquired through a combination of job-related training and significant on-the-job experience.
Working autonomously within established procedures and practices, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
Acting as a lead, coordinating the work of others, and providing guidance as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Required
Able to contribute collaboratively within a team environment, while working and managing tasks independently.
Have demonstratable time management and prioritization skills.
Possess strong analytical and research skills for resolving complex identity issues.
Detail oriented, demonstrated organizational skills, and demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Demonstrate high communication skills – able to communicate clearly, effectively and in a timely manner.
Be self-starting – resolves problems using existing solutions and working with minimal guidance.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Preferred
Have a Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, or a related field preferred.
