Responsibilities
Standardizing Architecture
Bringing in best practices
Designing, developing, and maintaining data models that support business operations
Collaborating with business stakeholders, data architects, and IT teams to understand data requirements and translate them into logical and physical data models
Implementing and optimizing data models for performance, scalability, and reliability
Participating in the full data modeling lifecycle, including requirements gathering, model design, implementation, testing, and maintenance
Developing and maintaining data dictionaries, metadata repositories, and data modeling standards
Providing guidance and support to other team members on data modeling best practices and methodologies
Performing data analysis and profiling to ensure data quality and to identify data issues and discrepancies
Working closely with data engineers, data analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation and integration of data models

Required
Best Practices and Standards in Data Architecture
Data Modelling
SQL
PL/SQL
RDBMS/ETL Background
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in data modeling, with a strong understanding of data modeling techniques and methodologies
Strong knowledge of SQL and database management systems (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL)
Experience with data integration tools and technologies (e.g., ETL tools, data warehouses, data lakes)
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Exposure to Bigdata AWS
Good to have experience in implementing large CRM systems and integrating data from various systems
Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) and their data architecture
