Responsibilities
Utilize AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Notion AI, and automation platforms) to streamline workflows, enhance productivity, and organize tasks effectively.
Oversee and track multiple projects to ensure deadlines and objectives are met.
Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and organize events to maximize efficiency.
Handle email correspondence, create to-do lists, and prioritize tasks to keep the CEO focused on high-level goals.
Conduct research on various topics, including startups, AI trends, and business strategies, and present findings in a clear and actionable format.
Assist in connecting with key stakeholders, partners, and clients, and draft professional emails and messages.
Help draft LinkedIn posts, articles, and presentation materials.

Required
