Responsibilities

Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define solutions, and configure Salesforce automations, workflows, and business processes.

Implement and manage Salesforce releases through a defined release management process, ensuring minimal disruption to users.

Conduct thorough quality assurance testing to identify and resolve issues before deployment.

Provide ongoing support to users, troubleshoot problems, and answer questions regarding Salesforce functionality.

Stay up-to-date on the latest Salesforce features and best practices, continuously seeking opportunities to optimize the platform.

Required

Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.

Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing a Salesforce instance.

Strong understanding of Salesforce core functionality, including objects, fields, workflows, and automation tools.

Experience with user management, security settings, and data governance.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred

At least one Salesforce certification preferred (Administrator, Platform App Builder, etc.)

Experience with Agile Accelerator, DocuSign CLM and/or Zuora Billing is a plus
