Responsibilities

Manage the People Operations (POPs) team by optimizing workflows, processes, and rules to reduce manual effort and increase efficiency.
Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Outside Immigration Counsel to oversee worldwide operations, maintain compliance with local legislation, and expand programs and processes into new locations.
Oversee HR systems (e.g., ADP, Remote.com) to guarantee efficient onboarding, payroll, benefits, and compliance.
Collaborate with Centers of Excellence to provide a smooth employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, resulting in a high-quality employee experience.
Develop, implement, and promote continual development of global People policies.
Work closely with IT/InfoSec, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Legal, and key business leaders.
Lead and manage a team of three People Operations professionals, cultivating a high-performance culture and offering continual coaching and feedback.

Required

Multiple years of expertise supporting foreign operations (onboarding, mobility, and immigration) at a rising, worldwide company is essential.
Working with internal and external immigration counsel, Employers of Record, assisting with employee sponsorship, travel and visa requirements, and so on.
Strong project management skills, including an eye for detail and optimization.
Excellent problem-solving skills and expertise customizing communication to various stakeholders and cultures.
A demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage projects in a fast-paced setting.
A enthusiasm for managing early-career team members across multiple geos.
Ability to work highly async in a distributed-first firm.
Experience with implementing new HR systems (HRIS, etc.) and/or driving RFP processes.
