Responsibilities
Consulting and coaching: Collaborate with executives to create and design strategies that correspond with corporate outcomes.
Organizational Development: Employs a consulting framework to improve the health and effectiveness of an organization using a variety of strategies, tools, and approaches that influence business outcomes. Examples include organizational design, change management and leadership, workforce planning, effective leadership, and coaching.
Data and Analytics: Uses data and analytical abilities to guide decision-making and action. Designs, develops, and executes solutions by ongoing research and connecting numerous data sets to recommend action matched with corporate strategy.
Talent Management: Understands the organization's talent strategy, talent plans, and internal and external talent supply chains. Drives company talent strategy and strategies using talent acquisition, workforce planning, total rewards, and inclusion and diversity practices to drive talent outcomes.
Culture and Employee Experience: A thorough awareness of culture, diversity, and the factors that influence a pleasant employee experience, particularly when integrating workforce populations. Encourages inclusion, diversity, and cultural traditions to establish and sustain a positive, fulfilling, and inclusive atmosphere.
Company fluency includes a comprehension of finance and company processes. Understands how the firm functions, the primary expense categories, and how earnings are made. Capable of articulating the strategy, customer base, and external forces influencing the business.

Required
7+ years of People Team experience.
Experience working in a matrixed (i.e. shared services delivery model) environment within a large, global, complicated business.
Experience establishing talent strategies and implementing plans aligned with the culture and overall employee experience to drive business results.
Experience creating and implementing workforce strategies that align with and drive company results.
Experience managing organizational design and implementing change.
Demonstrated experience using data and analytics to influence business outcomes.
Demonstrated awareness of organizational acumen, business fluency, and knowledge.
Demonstrated skill in leading and driving the talent agenda, including establishing a strong leadership bench.
Proven consulting and influencing skills among various types of essential stakeholders.
Preferred
Experience working with provider and physician-facing client groups.
Experience working with senior growth and/or sales leaders, and related compensation schemes.
Financial understanding of P&L management and the effect of human resource strategy on margins and IOI.
Experience in employee-related elements of mergers and acquisitions.
Demonstrated a history of great employee experience in all elements of Human Capital work.
