Responsibilities

Implement updated pricing sheets for Electrical Equipment and quantify the cost aspect of designs

Resolve Technical Issues from Early Stage Development thru Construction & O&M

Generate accurate buildable drawings

Assist design team in helping obtain goal and process

Perform SKM Modeling/Arc Flash Studies

Evaluate designs for NEC code compliance

Calculate technical design needs such as conductor ampacity, voltage drop, equipment sizing and production

Draw line diagrams and system component designs in AUTOCAD

Will supervise Electrical and Electronic Drafters

Required

Bachelor's degree or its foreign equivalent in Electrical and Power System Engineering, or Electrical Engineering or in a field closely related to Electrical Engineering discipline

3 years experience in position offered or in engineering occupation/role in or related to Electrical and Power System Engineering

3 years of experience working with or in the following: Modeling software ETAP & PSCAD

3 years of experience working with production modeling software PVSYST

3 years of experience using AutoCAD

3 years of experience working on a Commercial and Utility Scale solar project
