Responsibilities

Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team focused on specific vertical markets. Set clear performance expectations and goals for team members.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the targeted vertical markets.
Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to adjust sales tactics accordingly.
Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other departments to align strategies and drive cohesive efforts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders within the targeted verticals.
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of new business opportunities.
Lead the sales team in executing sales plans and achieving quarterly and annual sales targets.
Monitor sales metrics and KPIs to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Utilize CRM tools and other sales technologies to manage sales activities and generate reports.
Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for senior management.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for growth.
Develop and implement action plans to address any performance gaps or issues.

Required

Bachelor’s in business or marketing
Experience in Embedded technology, or Medical, Healthcare relevant industries.
Proven track record of leading sales team to achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Proven experience in sales management, preferably within specific vertical markets.
Strong understanding of the targeted vertical markets and the unique challenges and opportunities they present.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.

Preferred

Experience in healthcare and medical market development.
